Our BUDGET ‘Basic Hog Menu’ is an ideal option for smaller/budget parties of up to 30 people where we do all the preparation and cooking off-site and have it delivered to you. By replacing a chef and waiting on staff with utensils and a chaffing tray this menu option makes it ideal for an alternative cost-effective choice for smaller venue events and functions.
